Our Story

Stratiq's journey begins with three entrepreneurs who saw the world of enterprise technology from very different frontlines.

Ahmad Fauzi Ali, a seasoned technopreneur, had spent decades scaling advanced systems for national projects, where failure was never an option. Hafiez Hassan, an aerospace engineer, built platforms that kept aircraft safe in the skies and later expanded into agriculture, digitizing farms at scale. Naguib Mohd Nor, an industry strategist and engineer, helped shape Malaysia's aerospace ecosystem and advised on Industry 4.0 transformation.

Each had witnessed the same problem up close: enterprises in regulated industries relied on systems that were too rigid, too costly, and too dependent on armies of consultants to stay relevant.

Worse, the rise of "black box" AI promised efficiency but stripped away transparency and human oversight — an unacceptable risk in high-stakes sectors like aerospace, healthcare, and agriculture.

Together, they envisioned something new: AI Pods. Not apps, not ERP modules, but digital departments — modular, compliance-ready units that automate processes, integrate seamlessly, and keep humans firmly in control.

What started as parallel ventures converged into a single mission: to build Stratiq into the global category leader for AI Pods, redefining how enterprises in regulated industries work, scale, and thrive in the age of AI.
